Micro learning is simply effectively conveying one or two learning objectives to a user in short, bite-sized chunks. The user has the need, chooses the learning, and partakes. YouTube is a great example. Google “How to change a furnace filter on a Lennox furnace”. It is out there. There are many more micro learning outlets than just YouTube. HR departments are taking advantage of micro learning for onboarding new employees. Wal-Mart uses micro learning to teach safety practices.

We are going to demonstrate a subscription based micro learning platform, Go-Skills. This is not a sales pitch, but a sample dive into this pool.

Joe Harper: Joe Harper is the CFO at Greater Dayton Construction Group in Dayton, Ohio. He has experience over 10 years as a controller in construction and 10+ years in public accounting serving contractors. His responsibilities include financial statement review, financial analysis, design and update of the cash projection for operating companies and real estate ventures. Joe also assists with real estate ventures in the development and monitoring of budgets.
