Join our chapter in September for a Multiuse Stadium Development tour. Sr Project Manager Mohamed Abbas, MBA, PMP from GC firm Denark Construction will lead our Chapter around the project jobsite. Through the tour and related discussion the following objectives will be achieved:

• Gain an understanding of the funding structure of the project
• Address project specific risks related to the size of the project and it’s multiple components
• Gain an understanding of the billing structure given the multiple significant components

He is a Strong operations & management professional with experience running over $500 million of work in place in several project delivery methods including lump sum GC, CM-at-risk, GMP contracts, CM as owner agent, and design-build. Over 15 years in the Commercial Construction Industry with a continuous record of success overseeing multi-million dollar public and private award winning projects in several different market segments including Industrial, Office Buildings, Pharmaceutical, Health Care, Hospitality, and Small Projects. Experience includes Project Management, Superintendence, Engineering, Cost Control, Procurement, Purchasing and Scheduling.
An award winning leadership career based off of Teamwork, Integrity and Commitment with a proud history of projects being completed safely, on-time and on-budget with the highest quality and utilizing state of the art technology.
