 Shary Dye has 23+ years in the construction industry with a focus on commercial, industrial, and heavy civil working with general contractors and subcontractors. During this time she has spent 21 years in specializing in construction software by consulting with over 500+ construction organizations. She helps conduct software evaluations, sales, and implementation in the following software categories: ERP, accounting, job cost, project management, estimating, and mobile applications (including Acumatica, Viewpoint, Sage and Maxwell Systems).

She also has five years of public accounting as a CPA and auditor for KPMG specializing in health care and construction verticals.

 

Steve Hathaway

Principal, Construction Software Solutions, Inc.

 With over 40 years of experience in the construction industry, Steve has worked in operations, technology, finance BS, civil engineering, and MS, MIS/IT management. He started as a regular construction worker and made it all the way to CFO of a $400M heavy civil contractor.

For 11 years, Steve has specialized in construction software for accounting systems, estimating systems, project management, Power BI, and content management.

He has been an active member of the CFMA. As a Past President and Board Member of the Colorado CFMA Chapter, he was the founder of the Rocky Mountain Regional Conference. Steve has major speaking engagement chops as a recurring speaker for construction industry associations and conferences, including local and national CFMA meetings and conferences and user conferences for Viewpoint, COINS, and other software publishers.
