Featured Speakers

Cal Beyer, CWP is Vice President of Workforce Risk & Worker Wellbeing for CSDZ, a Holmes Murphy company. Cal has over 30 years of experience in safety, risk management and wellness. He serves on the Executive Committee of the National Action Alliance for Suicide Prevention; the Expert Advisory Group of the Center for Workplace Mental Health; and the Lived Experience Advisory Committee of the Suicide Prevention Resource Center. Cal is a past national officer and Executive Committee member for the Construction Financial Management Association (CFMA) and the recipient of the Danny Parrish Leadership Award in 2016 and the Chairman's ward in 2017. He was instrumental in the formation of the Construction Industry Alliance for Suicide Prevention.
